I spoke with my representative. My flight was not canceled and while I understand the policy, I lost entire nights at costco travel my hotel and a day at Disney World. I spoke to a representative who was not at all rude to me. Kind of a surprise to get this treatment from Costco. I received it thanks to my representative.
