In What's your story?
This is where you will base your entire presentation. So make sure to answer this question. This is a great place to start: The overall purpose. Six possible purposes might your presentation serve: ● Educate ● Inform ● Persuade ● Inspire action ● Motivate or Inspire ● Entertain In a business setting it will typically be 'to educate' and possibly one or two others. If you're presenting quarterly results, then it's important to motivate and inform. Business coaches will have the same goals: to inspire, motivate and entertain. Once you have done this, you can move on to the purpose of your pitch. Here are some questions to help answer this question. ● What do you want people to take away after my presentation? ● What can I do to help others in the group? ● What do I want people doing after my meeting? Keep track of all the ideas you have and make a summary about your presentation purpose. You can summarize your ideas into one to two sentences. Although you can always modify it later, this is a good start. More helpful tips you can read at https://powerpoint.guru/. Related Resources: What's the point of your presentation?
